Quick Start

In-the-Room Quick Use

Grace Harbor may be new to the family. Begin with the people you already know. Prayer, scripture, and spiritual framing wait until they are welcomed.

  1. Notice what the family is carrying. Listen for grief, spiritual struggle, family strain, practical burdens, questions of faith, congregational hurt, or a need for presence.

  2. Respond as a pastor, not as a clinician. Offer one appropriate pastoral response—presence, listening, prayer or scripture when welcomed, lament, practical church support, funeral or memorial ministry, or a follow-up plan.

  3. Introduce Grace Harbor and leave continuing support within reach. Use the canonical Grace Harbor Pass-Along Card. The family chooses its own level of support.

  4. Continue pastoral care and connect additional support when needed. Remain pastorally involved while helping connect the family with appropriate professional care when needs extend beyond pastoral scope.

Leave Grace Harbor Within Reach

There is one canonical Grace Harbor Pass-Along Card, with one Grace Harbor QR code. After the pastor introduces Grace Harbor, the family can consider its own needs and choose where to begin. Do not create a Pastor-specific card or a Pastor-specific QR code.

Printed Pass-Along Card

The usual physical handoff. Leave the printed card so the family can return to Grace Harbor after the visit or the service.

Quick-Print Card

An ordinary-printer backup when printed stock runs out.
